The current frontrunners are quite weak and vulnerable. Kidman can easily crush the race and sweep tv awards.

How is Kristen a weak front runner with one of the most raved critically acclaimed performances of modern cinema lol. Even people who didn’t like Spencer still talked about how good her acting was. I agree Kidman could challenge Stewart only if she gets raves tho.

    What I want:

Lady Gaga  (haters be damned. She’ll have the most interesting win)

Kristen Stewart  (she has worked very hard for this moment)

Tessa Thompson  (I love it when talented people get their breakout noms)

Halle Berry  (she’s long overdue for a comeback, but I’m afraid the film looks too mediocre)

Jessica Chastain  (totally deserving from the clips I’ve seen)

    Laga Gaga for Best Actress.

House of Gucci for best picture.

Tessa Thompson is coming for that WIN.

I’m afraid SAG won’t even nominate her 😭😭

Why put her in your prediction list if you think her movie is mediocre?

Like I pointed out, she’s overdue for a comeback. Unlike many white winners, the win didn’t bring the only black winner opportunities. But still, her film looks like it’s going nowhere. You may say Tammy Faye is mediocre as well, but that role is baity and there’s festival buzz for Chastain. She got undeniable reviews

He is such a great guy! I love when actors and directors are praising each other. I remember Cate Blanchett gushing over Marion Cotillard in La vie en rose. And how excited Blanchett was when Marion won. Priceless!

Speculating is literally the entire point of this website.

Jodie Comer isn’t getting nominated here and that’s final. She could land in supporting though and it’d be a smart move to campaign her there

They’ve been hiding this one long enough, but Ridley Scott’s “House of Gucci” is finally ready to be unveiled to the press on November 4th. I got my invite. My initial reservations for the film have gone away, I’m ready for the satirical shlock and terrible Italian accents. Ridley Scott, Gaga, Pacino, Driver, Leto. Bring it on. 👀

Winning on your first nomination is hard, especially if your performance is tied to an ”artsy” Pablo Larrain movie (that could very easily miss out on a best picture nom).

But I’m totally down for Kristen Stewart winning this year. Someone said Gaga would be the most interesting win – hard disagree. Kristen Stewart win would literally break the internet.

I have a feeling that Being the Ricardos is gonna be a lackluster affair…the teaser did not tease me at all

    Kristen is solid
    Olivia is rising
    Penelope is drifting
    Nicole is teasing
Cate is lurking in the shadows
Lady Gaga is a satirical mystery
    Renate wants to play
Emilia wants to crash the party
    Halle is warming up
    Jessica has a prayer
    Jodie is risking her life
