If her performance is received very well (and early word is that she’s fantastic)….the combo of Nicole Kidman playing Lucille Ball (a Hollywood legend) will be enough for her to get a nomination, I believe.
Kidman is not getting in with this competition.
All she needs is the performance. If her performance receives raves I don’t understand how you can count her out.

Who would Kidman oust from the race for a nomination? Kristen? Olivia? Gaga? Penelope? Jessica? Tessa? Even Alana and Rachel Zegler seem to have stronger vehicles than Kidman at this point. It’s just not realistic for her to get a nomination this year.
