Yeah, keep another 30 pages talking about a hasbeen (like the one in your avatar) or an indie act who isn’t even being nominated. Also, you can keep the personal offenses, you’re welcome. Thank you!

look at you all pressed, silly stans are hilarious and so unstable… take care of your blood pressure lol

Ofc she does. She’s been campaigning a lot. Although kudos to Stewart. She’s really learned how to campaign. To say that awards don’t affect you is one of the crucial steps of modern day campaigning. The Academy will eat up the stories like these.

Lol at people thinking that clickbait headline is going to hurt Kristen when Brad Pitt said something very similar-how he wasn’t going to campaign for either OUATIH and Ad Astra-and we all know how that turned out.

BigJay I like you a lot but you took me out when you said Gothika was a good performance for Berry.

That’s like me saying Lawrence was good in Mother, Passengers and Red Sparrow.

Babe, we have to admit it even when our faves fail

Haha aww I mean I honestly thought she was good. I remember Roger Ebert liking it too. In better hands I think it could have been something a lot more Hitchcockian. T

Also I’ve seen a LOT of people say Lawrence was good in Mother. I’m surprised you didn’t like it. I always forget Javier Bardem was in that movie.

At least Chadwick made sense at the time (as did Emma Corrin on the TV side) because they were the frontrunners in their categories but the others…

The way winning the screenplay globe in particular is almost like a curse 💀💀💀. They awarded Sorkin and Fennell won, Quentin and then Bong won… PTA is probably gonna blackmail the HFPA into voting for Branagh or Sorkin this year.

Still horrifies me that the only GG screenplay winner to break the curse recently is Green Book of all movies.

FYC: Memoria and House of Gucci for Best Picture

The way the Globes didn’t even nominate the adapted screenplay winner that year. The fact Green Book won over The Favourite was bad enough.

    From Variety:

Lawrence, who hasn’t been back to the ceremony since “Joy” (2015), is hands down the most “likable” character but seems to be missing the “Oscar clip” that is needed to breakout. However, she does have the best long-running joke of the film that plays throughout and has excellent chemistry with Chalamet.

J-Law is being singled out in most of these Don’t Look Up reactions.

    FYC:

"The Good Fight" and "The Other Two" in all categories.
