What is this delusion about Zegler getting nominated for Best Actress, when super excited pundits are singling out everyone and their grandmas, except for Zegler?

Almost as delusional as thinking that the unseasoned kangaroo Naomi Watts has an acclaimed filmography

    Top 5 Nov. 30th

    1. Nicole Kidman (projected winner if her film is also acclaimed)

    2. Olivia Colman (tight race for the win after her Gothams and Emmys clean sweep this year, she is loved and liked)

    3. Jennifer Hudson (her campaign will land her the nom)

    4. Penelope Cruz (Volvi Cup winner)

    5. Alana Haim (welcome to the club)

Kristen Stewart could be in, but I am not confident until I see her winning the BAFTA(or get nominated).

Lol. There’s nothing to be bitter about. It is Glenn Close that should be worried, not Lady Gaga. I’m only saying it as it is.

    Get a shrink.

I think the Oscar may go to Kidman.

The backlash, and hurtful, hateful comments regarding her casting as Lucille Ball in the beginning will win her a lot of points with the academy.

Nicole was given the same horrible press when she was cast as British writer Virginna Wolf.

    This is Nicole’s 2nd Oscar.

Why so pressed. If it doesn’t happen, it doesn’t. But until then, I will keep on this bet

Never knew that Gotham winners were voted by industry members not critics (critics decide the nominees). This bodes well for The Lost Daughter and Colman; small voting pools but made up of diverse industry members from various branches.

Industry members who voted for Gotham Lead Performance winners: Kiki Layne, Tamara Jenkins, Lisa Kjerulff, Avy Kaufman and Aldis Hodge

    Having a bad morning, huh?

Kinda. I just realised how unfortunate the Gothams are. I wonder what they have been smoking. I will never take seriously

Glenn is fine. She even got nominated for a panned film and had a great time at the Oscars. She is not having a full meltdown every time Colman’s name is brought up, unlike some…

Well, Lady Gaga is not a veteran actress in her 70s with over 40 films in her filmography who is yet to win an Oscar after eight nominations. Gaga has nothing to worry about with just two movies and one nomination + another nomination pending. She would have been worried if they were the Grammys

    Laga Gaga for Best Actress.

House of Gucci for best picture.

Belfast for everything - Best Picture win
