watched Bruised. Halle was wonderful and REALLY tapped into her true potential as an actress. This is absolutely one of her best performances…and such an achievement for her first hand at directing. The movie itself could have been better, but it was definitely not terrible. It was good. Sheila Atim was also fantastic….she’s a star. Halle would be deserving of nomination of some of the people that are being seen as top 6 candidates. I actually think she has a shot.

It is more than delusional to think Olivia Colman is ahead of Lady Gaga. You guys are basing your predictions on RT and MC ratings and it won’t work.
Not on RT. Probably on the fact that Colman acts circles around the woman you stan and Olivia can take an Oscar even over respected actresses without campaigning. Just like in the year she beat LG in this same category.
