Drama will be stacked and some snubs are happening there. Comedy seems to be wide open. Alana Haim, Rachel Zegler and maybe Jessica Chastain too could be placed there.

I disagree 100% with this but I guess we’re all entitled to our opinions.
Well of course Krusten needs these online “critics” awards with 12 voting members…I mean its not like anybody outside of that group saw the movie…looking at the box office gross…
Meanwhile Gaga was able to do what Krusten, Will Smith, Jessica Chastain, Jennifer Hudson and co. failed to do…connect with the audience and being able to sell a drama.
On top of that she won an actual important critic award, NYFCC

You are factually incorrect. The last time they predicted a winner was in 2013 (Cate Blanchett). The last time they predicted a nomination was in 2017 (Saoirse Ronan).
In 2018 and 2019, they picked actresses from unknown movies that grossed less than $500K. In 2020, they picked Lupita Nyong’o, who was Toni Collette’d.
