After more folks see The Lost Daughter, I expect to see more push for Colman. I wouldn’t bet against her.

Just watched Parallel Mothers and Cruz is absolutely incredible. I’m hoping she can somehow get a nomination.

Saw TLD several days ago, now that more people have seen it, I’ll say this one more time. Given the nature of their roles, Colman and Stewart will probably not be as universally embraced by the academy as the film twitter and awards forum might have expected despite their powerful performances, so be prepared in case something unexpected happens.

I have to say who ever chose release date in USA for The Worst Person in the world should be fired n never work in business ever again. With all the acclaim is getting there should be away to see it by now and not in February.

Lol, Culman is not going to win. This forum literally had her as a locked last year (especially Crabbie) and then freaked out when the Baftas didn’t award her.

She can win, but so can Stewart. If either wins BAFTA, that will be my Oscar prediction for Best Actress.
If Stewart wins the Globe, that will be a bad sign for everyone else, but I will still wait on BAFTA before I predict her to win the Oscar.
