Dear Evan Hansen, though maybe staying bored is better.

Lol. I might actually give that a go.

Can’t wait! Award contender or not, I will watch it as a big Coen & McDormand fan. 🙂

Whoever said Dune wouldn’t make 200M worldwide… It already made 37M in Europe opening weekend, (WITHOUT UK) and will probably hit 100-120M in those markets by the end of its run. Throw in the UK, where Blade Runner 2049 grossed 25M, and you’re probably looking at 130M-150M. And that’s just for Europe. The movie was just announced to be releasing in China as well.

that Tammy Faye stan. Tells you all you need to know. Denies that Tammy Faye flopped but calls Dune a flop despite strong start.

Has any other film leaked online? I’m bored.

There’s Dune camrip. I didn’t bother cause Dune should be seen on the biggest screen. But you can look for it if you want.

Don’t know if its been talked about already, but the trailer for Licorice Pizza has leaked. Looks like Hoffman and Haim are definitely the leads of the film, with Cooper (who is actually playing Jon Peters) and Penn in supporting roles.

It may be recorded from a screen, but just seeing the trailer makes this film my most anticipated of the year.

How could Tammy Faye have flopped when it was released limited over 400 theaters? Not off to a good start with those numbers and not looking good, but I’ll call it a flop once it’s released wide and the numbers are like Respect or worse, then I will say it flopped.  Meanwhile, you Dune stans also need to accept this is not going to make any money. It needs to make closer to 400 million to make even a little bit of money here, and you guys know it. You  can praise that 37 million  opener all you want (24 markets and it couldn’t even break 50 mill), it’s downhill from here on out. Most movie figures go downhill after their opening weekend, especially in a pandemic era we are in. Like I said, you guys will be lucky if it crosses 200 million WW.

Yes it’s premature to call Tammy Faye a flop. But under 200WW for Dune is delusion.

It’s really not, I’m guessing right at that 200 mark WW, but I will move on from this.
