Not really mentioned so far but if The Last Duel nails it’s ‘three perspectives’ idea, Claire Simpson could well be in the mix for another Editing nom.

I definitely recognise that. I just don’t know what to do with The Last Duel lol. Can’t wait for it’s Venice premiere.

Really hoping The Green Knight can snag a nomination in cinematography. I know it’s unlikely but, what a stunning film.

The Green Knight could receive Hairstyling/Makeup or Costume Design nominations.

Its easiest tech wins are probably Sound and VFX. And even then Eternals could snatch it.

No one would be talking about Eternals here if Feige didn’t try to make that fetch happen. I have no doubt that critics have already written raves since Shang Chi is getting an enormous pass despite underwhelming second part of the movie that they all point out. So Eternals being Feige’s awards pony is bound to get even better reviews. And then AMPAS will completely ignore it.

I wonder if TPOTD can be a Costume player. I don’t…..know. Kirsty Cameron seems rather unknown but she was mentioned in a number of reviews. It’s not a showy Costume player tho!

She’ll have to see off Cruella and House of Gucci.
