Of Spielberg’s last ten films, which do you think is the greatest of them? You can also rank them, by the way.

Lincoln. It’s one of my favorite movies of all time. Not my favorite Spielberg movie. That honor goes to “Always”.

    Nonsense.

Lincoln. It’s one of my favorite movies of all time.

It’s definitely in my top 5 of the decade, and top 10 all-time. Day-Lewis’ performance is easily my favorite of all time.

Oh I definitely agree with you. I sort of had to choose between LINCOLN, MUNICH, and BRIDGE OF SPIES but they all feel like afterthought picks.

Speaking of destroying filmography, I’ll never forgive him for being a producer of An American Tail 🙂

I still have not seen War of the Worlds nor Munich, but here’s how I rank the remaining films of his that I have seen:

    1. Lincoln
    2. Bridge of Spies
    3. The Adventures of Tintin
    4. War Horse
    5. The Post
    6. Ready Player One
    7. The BFG
    8. Indiana Jones & the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

The first six, I like a lot. The BFG, I very much enjoyed. I don’t remember what my exact thoughts are on Kingdom of the Crystal Skull other than that it is my least favorite installment of the entire Indiana Jones franchise.

He was even an executive producer for Cats.

Oh, good grief. Missed that memo.

Still, for every bad movie he’s produced, there are several more great ones he’s actually directed.

Also, I’m loving this love for War Horse! 2nd place, let’s go! I’m honestly fine with Lincoln doing better, I expected that.
