Only eight people have ever completed the British Triple Crown (Olivier, BAFTA TV, BAFTA film), but Judi Dench has done it four times.

    Correct me if I’m wrong.

Benecio Del Toro (Traffic) and Kate Winslet (The Reader) are the only performers to win at SAG and the Oscars for the same role but in different categories.

Yep and multiple times in LEAD.

Olivier awards wins for best actress: 4
BAFTA TV award wins for best actress: 3
BAFTA film award wins for best actress: 2

No other thespian has multiple wins in all three categories.

FYC: Better Call Saul, The English and The Good Fight in all categories including Emily Blunt, Bob Odenkirk, Christine Baranski and Rhea Seehorn.

One single production completed three unique EGOTs. (Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert gave Andrew Lloyd Webber, Tim Rice, and John Legend their needed Emmy win.) This made John Legend the second-youngest person at the time of achieving his EGOT; composer Robert Lopez holds the record. Since then, Lopez has completed a second EGOT, a unique feat! His wife Kristen Anderson-Lopez is one Tony away from an EGOT of her own.

Speaking of second-youngest: if Cumberbatch takes the BAFTA this March, he will become the second-youngest Triple Crown winner. The youngest: Judi Dench’s first run.

2016 is the first and only Emmy ceremony where no network received more than one nomination in the Drama Series category. That feat has never been achieved in the Comedy Series category.

A Negroni. Sbagliato. With Prosecco in it.

There’s only 3 actors to win two Academy Awards by the age of 30 or younger and they’re all for Best Actress in a Leading Role:

Luise Rainer – The Great Ziegfeld (1936) and The Good Earth (1937)

Jodie Foster – The Accused (1988) and The Silence of the Lambs (1991)

Hilary Swank – Boys Don’t Cry (1999) and Million Dollar Baby (2004)

11 times Oscar winning film Titanic won 0 BAFTAs (no nominations for actors) even though it was the highest grossing film in Britain up to that point.

Katharine Hepburn is the only actor who has ever lived to win four Oscars. All in lead category.

Frances McDormand or Daniel Day-Lewis are the only actors with three leading Oscars.

Ironically, losing many categories (including Director & Screenplay) to another period romance starring Leo, Baz Lurhman’s Romeo + Juliet.

Yes. They really love Lurhman (Moulin Rouge got 12 BAFTA Noms).

People should have seen the Titanic shutout coming when the BAFTAs snubbed the British Rose for Actress.

Just 7 of Streep’s 17 Lead Actress Oscar nominations are for non-biopic performances.

    1. The French Lieutenant’s Woman
    2. Sophie’s Choice
    3. Ironweed
    4. The Bridges Of Madison County
    5. The Devil Wears Prada (yes I’m counting this as a non-biopic role)
    6. Doubt
    7. August: Osage County
