Much like Adapted, I only truly love a small amount of these winners…my top 3 to be exact.

GET OUT was a worthy selection but I might prefer BILLBOARDS and LADYBIRD over it.

BIRDMAN and MANCHESTER are films I liked (particularly the former) but I didn’t have as much passion the screenplays.

The bottom two never should’ve won. DJANGO didn’t have intense competition but I still would’ve given it to any of the other nominees (except maybe FLIGHT)…and GREEN BOOK robbed THE FAVOURITE.
