Everyone seems to be playing it safe with their Actress predictions and forgetting that every single year an actress gets in randomly.
Really hope Thompson surprises, but SAG is so basic. On the other hand, Bullock had a SMASH hit on Netflix with The Unforgivable. She could be the Amy Adams Hillbilly Elegy SAG nomination of the year.

Edit: Yeah I want Thompson too, but usually isn’t one of the ladies that have next to no critic nominations/wins?That’s right. Berry’s Brusied was also a smash hit. I would give the edge to Bullock since she is really popular among the acting branch and the Viola Davis factor in The Unforgivable may have tempted SAG to watch the film more than Bruised.
