    Absolutely not.

I don’t agree with the win but he won fair and square. And if people like Polanski, Weinstein, Allen, weren’t asked to return theirs, when they did a gazillion times worse tings, than what Will did, I don’t see any reason for him to be asked to.

    No.

Will did something stupid. But you should all be thankful that here comes yet another celebrity giving you all another chance to feel superior and use the words “accountability” “publicly apologize” and “community”. Ungrateful little bitches.

    Lol. Benito. I love you..

    No.

But the criminal should return the Oscar to the Academy of his own free will.
And he should be banished from the Academy for the rest of his life.

No but maybe revoke his membership.

No one has an issue with Will defending his wife but it’s the violent response that we should frown upon. He could have handled it better.

No, they should have invited him to exit the ceremony, like anyone who punchs someone else in a private event.

The Academy’s launching a formal investigation into “the incident.” Here we go!

No because he saved the Oscars and made everyone instantly forget mostly terrible winners which is good. P

We need to get rid of this thread………..It’s STUPID and so are some of you on this board.

Will won it fair and square.  He could have handled himself better but he was defending his wife and got caught up in the moment.

He should keep his Oscar but he shouldn’t be invited back to the ceremony. And I e-mailed the Academy and told them this.

They WILL invite him back for ratings, but they shouldn’t. He assaulted a man on the telecast. That should be enough.

Then you need to e-mail them and tell them NOT to invite back several celebrities who did WORSE than Will Smith

No, but I’m wondering if the academy has grounds to sue Will as it took place on their event and I would think that they’re technically liable to what happens during their events like how schools would be liable to their students while they’re on campus.

Straight up says in the article he may be disciplined, but he is not losing the Oscar.

I’ll take this…………….Disciplining him is better!
