The No Time To Die song is no Skyfall but it’s still good enough for an Oscar nom/win.

Billie Eilish is coming for that Oscar!!! ‘No Time To Die’ is not your typical James Bond song but it’s absolutely AMAZING!!! I’ll be shocked if she doesn’t get (at least) a nomination.

No chance they both get put in supporting.

I hope not but let’s wait and see. Netflix is kinda dumb sometimes so I don’t know. According to the book both are supporting but Close has the showiest role but I prefer to wait before making any predictions. For now, I’ll say both are supporting.

no time to die is pretty dull for a billie song but it’s still my favorite of the recent bond themes, she’ll get the oscar pretty easily

No Time To Die is pretty good – starting out in Billie Eillish’s comfort zone of gentle balladry, and then gaining that Bond bombast and impact and Billie’s best vocal performance.

All I’m going to say is that it’s less easy to pitch the abandoning of Best Original Song for 2021 than 2020 already.

I liked No Time to Die, but didn’t love it. Anyway, it’s pretty ridiculous that so many people on here are talking about how it’s already a lock. I’m sure it’ll be nominated and I think it has the makings of a winner, but let’s not forget that we have nearly an entire year to go, and there’s gonna be other contenders.

…Y’all gonna give No Time to Die the win rn when Lin-Manuel Miranda is writing a song for In The Heights?

    Come on now.

Even Marlee Matlin can hear how fully passable of a song “No Time to Die” is. Eilish’s winning.

    She can’t. Ableist. Not funny.

This James Bond song is formulaic and dull as hell but still way better than that Sam Smith mess. She can get it, whatever

“No Time to Die” has been released too early to make an impact in the 2021 Oscar race. “Skyfall” and “Writing’s on the Wall” were both released in the fourth quarter of the year.

No Time to Die is fine, nothing we haven’t heard from a Bond song before. I’m sure it’ll be nominated, but I doubt it’ll win when In The Heights is coming out and who knows what else Disney will have coming.

I like the idea of a song about Vesper but the result is kinda boring.
