Usually, HFPA has a hard on for Aaron Sorkin and they hate PTA, but with these new members we don’t know what’s gonna happen. They also love Caitriona Balfe.

    We know.

If an animated film gets in comedy/musical, I want it to be mitchells vs the machines

    Best Foreign Film:
    A Hero
    Benedetta
    Flee
    The Hand of God
    Titane

I’m pretty sure Flee isn’t eligible for the GGs.

Hollywood stars and studios have quietly courted Golden Globes nominations after condemning the group’s lack of diversity and self-dealing

“Amazon Studios invites you to a special screening of ‘Being the Ricardos,'” read the digital invitation, its swoopy cursive familiar to fans of “I Love Lucy.”

Held at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, the early December screening featured a Q&A with Nicole Kidman, Javier Bardem, and other cast in front of a few hundred guests — including a handful from the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, the beleaguered group that hands out the Golden Globes and has been heavily criticized by the entertainment community since a February exposé detailed its its self-dealing and lack of diversity. (Insider reviewed the email invitation extended to HFPA members.)

No surprise at all. Hollywood is just waiting for the minute is not ugly seen to bribe with them again.
