Write the best acting performance of all time. I think it’s Robert De Niro’s performance in “The ragging bull”

Marion Cotillard in La Vie En Rose
Marion Cotillard in Two Days, One Night (probably the best one)
    Meryl Streep in Sophie’s Choice

It's about the chaotic editing in Moulin Rouge!

Have to mention Meryl Streep in Sophie’s Choice. I know it’s mentioned a lot on all-time great lists, so I may sound redundant here, but she’s just absolutely resplendent in the film.

Also love that people are mentioning Marion Cotillard in La Vie En Rose. Impeccable performance, as well.

7 replies and no Gena Rowlands?

I guess I’ll have to say it then, Gena Rowlands in A Woman Under the Influence

It's about the chaotic editing in Moulin Rouge!

I am surprised no one mentioned Vivien Leigh in Gone With The Wind. The most iconic female movie character ever.
