I watched the movie yesterday and it was amazing, the character of “Finney Shaw” was good too.

Darling, this is just a pretty underwhelming anti-bullying ad that somehow runs for almost two hours. Ethan Hawke’s talent is wasted in a one-note, feels-like-10-minutes supporting role that has no depth or wit.

I found The Black Phone to be very effective despite its obvious flaws. Ethan Hawke is such a terrifying villain.
