Kidman, Washington and Perlman look great! Streep was hardly in the trailer which is ironic considering she is the co-lead.

Corden’s American accent sounds dodgy…

Not as good as the first trailer, but the film still looks really good. Pellman I’m predicting to be the MVP of this film, and Washington and Kidman also look great as well. Corden’s accent did sound weird, it sounded more Irish then it did American. But hopefully it’s not super distracting and doesn’t take away from his performance. I do hope he razzie redeems himself here. Overall, I’m still hopeful that this film will be great.

I think it’ll at least be nominated by the Golden Globes regardless of critical reception. After all, they’re the same people that nominated 2004’s The Phantom of the Opera, 2005’s The Producers, 2008’s Mamma Mia!, 2009’s Nine, 2010’s Burlesque, and 2017’s The Greatest Showman for Best Motion Picture-Comedy/Musical. As for the Oscars, I don’t know. Maybe Best Original Song, but we’ll see.

I agree, especially since it’s directed by Ryan Murphy who the HFPA absolutely crave.
