    Leo could play the roadrunner in looney tunes and still be more deserving then some of the recent Oscar winners.

    Leo could play the roadrunner in looney tunes and still be more deserving then some of the recent Oscar winners.

    I cannot argue with you on that one. I’d rather DiCaprio win over Redmayne and Damon and he was leagues better than recent winners Jeff Bridges, Colin Firth and Jean Dujardin that is for sure.

    The film itself though was just so utterly disappointing for me.

    You’re certainly entitled to your opinion the Revenant is a very slow movie and not for everyone. My only gripe was how unrealistic the horse off the cliff scene was

    That is the scene I was referencing. At that point I just lost it. It is definitely the most divisive film (along with The Danish Girl) amongst my felllow film loving pals.

    Quite frankly I have often found the most divisive films to be the most arresting over the long run.
