    1. What’s Eating Gilbert Grape?
    2. Titanic
    3. The Wolf of Wall Street/Aviator – tied
    4. The Departed/Revenant – tied
    5. Shutter Island/This Boy’s Life – tied
    6. Romeo and Juliet/Inception – tied
    7. Revolutionary Road
    8. Basketball Diaries – a few great scenes that I’ve never been able to forget
    10. Django Unchained
    11. The Great Gatsby – he was the best thing in the movie
    12. Celebrity
    13. Gangs of New York – DDL nearly blew him off the screen

Blood Diamond – good South African accent, not good movie overall

Worst: Easily Man in the Iron Mask – even the great older actors were pretty bad in that one from Malkovich to Depardieu to Irons.

    TOP 5 – LEONARDO DICAPRIO
    __________________________

    1. The Aviator (2004)
    2. What’s Eating Gilbert Grape? (1993)
    3. The Wolf of Wall Street (2013)
    4. Blood Diamond/The Departed (2006)
    5. The Basketball Diaries (1995)

    WORST 5

    1. Revolutionary Road (2008; a true over acting nightmare. But I blame Sam Mendes and the horrible script)

    2. The Man In the Iron Mask (1998)

    3. Titanic (1997; a lot will jump on me for this. But I found him the weakest link. Also paired with a bad script, he just came off trying too hard. I never found him believable)

    4. J. Edgar (2011; seemed too young to be playing this part, and again- like RR- like he was in a high school play performing)

    5. Gangs of New York (2002)

    HONORABLE MENTIONS
Django Unchained (2012), Catch Me If You Can (2002), The Revenant (2015)
