    Good pick but I’d say lead performance when you have someone like Vanessa Redgrave in a supporting role.

    I second Don Cheadle from Devil in a Blue Dress. Travesty that James Cromwell got in instead.

    She was campaigned in lead due to contract reasons and she had top billing. She kinda felt supporting to me. She spent a lots of time off screen and it seems like Irons had a much bigger presence. Lots of people have been jumping more on the supporting train than lead. I do think a lead placement would’ve been totally plausible but for me she felt more supporting. Anyway, I’m actually appauled as to why she didn’t get any traction for this. I do think she could’ve had a much biger push in supporting, specially in terms of a win.
