With the strongest definition of “favorite” is how I place my #1. I do not consider it the best film ever made, although I can make strong arguments for the remainder of my top 10. “9 To 5” is a major sentimental favorite, as I am a Dolly Parton freak, saw the film in the cinemas at least 10 times and I was 6 years old at the time of release. Begged every aunt and uncle and older cousin I could find to bring me

    1. 9 To 5

Nothing to be ashamed of. They set out to make a movie to entertain and make people happy and it sounds like they succeeded. Glad you have those happy memories of seeing it as a child.

My list is eclectic and has evolved over the past couple of years.
1)bill and ted’s excellent adventure: Love Love Love this movie. Can quote it for days.
2)The Godfather Part 1: By this point you guys know my love for this movie is a slightly bit obsessive.
3)La La Land: Another one I can quote and am obsessed with.
4)Viva Las Vegas: It’s my guilty pleasure movie.
5)Rebel Without A Cause: Best movie of the 50’s I think.
6)The Dark Knight: Best Superhero Movie Ever.
    7)some like it hot
    8)Gone with the wind
9)The King’s Speech: Love this movie and watch it all the time.
10)Sister Act 2: Love this movie

Notable mention that all the Star Wars movies would rank 11 for me. I’m a huge fan of those.
