The Greatest Showman is actually very GOOD. Hugh Jackman deserved a Oscar snub, the problem with that movie is actually the P.T. Barnum angle, and that would have been a easy fix, they could have given him a different name and they would have gotten much better reviews.

Saving Mr. Banks should have gotten more nominations

Constance Wu also deserved a nomination for Hustlers

The Great Gatsby (2012) is very good and is amazing.

Emily Blunt deserved a double nom in 2018

John David Washington & Zendaya are very good in Malcolm & Marie, the problem from that movie is the writing

The Golden Globes should be abolished.

It’s awful the way they basically shape the awards race every year and get to hugely influence all the other televised awards.

I’m confused, how 87 journalists have influence over 7000 Oscar voters?

I’m sure the televised precursors have some influence, but I suspect most of the overlap comes from the fact that their taste overlap.
