Hence my Chalamet = Rockwell and Harrelson = Hammer thought process.
Chalamet = McDormand
Hammer = Rockwell
Stuhlbarg = Harrelson
Even if he would have been guaranteed a win in supporting, which he wouldn’t have been, I think I’d take him being one of the youngest best actor nominees ever over a win with the huge stain of being the biggest category fraud in history attached to it. It’s not easy for a man his age to be nominated in best actor, if he went supporting there would always be the narrative around him that he couldn’t make it in lead which obviously isn’t true.October 21, 2019 at 1:36 am #1203145483
Chalamet couldn’t be more lead in Call Me By Your Name. Hammer is supporting, not even co-lead. It’s offensive that in the posters it was Hammer then Chalamet and not the other way around.October 21, 2019 at 6:03 am #1203145581This post was found to be inappropriate by the moderators and has been removed.October 21, 2019 at 11:57 am #1203146166
Bill Murray/Mickey Rourke losing to Sean Penn is more offensive than Christian Bale/Bradley Cooper losing to Rami Malek.October 21, 2019 at 12:10 pm #1203146181

Any time I see or read about Bradley Cooper my eyes automatically roll.October 21, 2019 at 12:40 pm #1203146202
Yeah, I thought that was the general consensus about Jolie, she is more famous for her philanthropy, beauty, adoptions, tabloid antics in her early years, romantic relationships than. she is for her filmography. Especially with the public at large, there are a lot of average Americans who can tell you about Angelina’s relationship with Brad Pitt or her adoptions. There are not a lot of Americans who have actually seen Girl Interpreted, Changeling, Pushing Tin, By the Sea, In the Land of Blood and Honey, or A Mighty Heart. Most of her blockbuster efforts have been flops, often both critically and commercially, see: Alexander, Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, The Tourist, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider – The Cradle of Life, Beowulf, The Good Shepherd. I mean when your biggest hit films are Shark Tale, Maleficent, and Mr. & Mrs. Smith, and a tiny role in the Kung Fu Panda series, and you are still one of the biggest household names in Hollywood, it might not be the films your most famous for.
You forgot about Salt and Wanted. They made 100 millions + only in the US. And she have the upcoming The Eternals.October 21, 2019 at 4:12 pm #1203146559
I take it you hated her Lisbeth Salander as well?
