The sound mixer for the DOR film says the original script was 270 pages.

Interview (you will need to run through Google Translate)

Is it true that by July physical premieres and press tours will be back? I saw someone tweet this on Twitter in a reply about Death on the Nile’s press tour, and how awkward it would be.

He also says in the interview that there were at least seven actors on set for ‘almost all’ of the scenes.

Confirmation that Red White and Water is reshooting. (scroll down, it’s listed as ‘Untitled Soldier Project’.

Flop. Speaking of which Woman in the Window is finally released tomorrow, Adams is locked for SAG (she got in for Hillbilly) but what sort of RT score are we expecting?

I forgot that movie was coming out. I saw Adams appearing on the Late Night Show with Seth Meyers. I wondered what she was promoting until I checked and remembered TWITW was coming out on May 14.

lol last night in soho has to be at least cultural phenomenon to even be considered as anything beyond a tech player. and with that sort of impact even something like antlers could be a contender, the thing is that impact is obviously very rare. not even baby driver which was very successful had that impact. again, all this LNIS thing in here is a pipe dream

Marlee Matlin is this year’s Bill Murray.

OK… thus falls outside the top 5 at Oscars…

Tbh I think both Coda and Annette are going to fade out. They’re both releasing so early and their distributors look like they have other priorities. That being said I think we should watch out for Sparks in Original Song for Annette. Between the film and their documentary they seem to be building a lot of individual hype.

Are CODA & Mass not this season’s Logan…

Adams is not locked for SAG in the slightest. Hillbilly came out in November in a much quieter season. WITW is coming out in May and Actress is STACKED this year.

Highly doubt TWITW comes close to awards, expecting around the 40% mark on RT. Has the hallmarks of a movie Netflix is cutting and running from, although I imagine it will do decently with viewing figures on the site.

Every year it gets harder and harder for me to figure out what an Oscar movie is. The best I can come up with is “something that makes an Academy member feel like a good person if they vote for it” or “something with a very expensive campaign.” I thought Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom was a sure thing and I thought Promising Young Woman and Sound of Metal were dead ends.

    I don’t think it’s going anywhere above 50.

This thread’s obsession with trying to make last night in soho happen (as an oscar contender) is cute. It’s a mix of wishful thinking and a pipe dream.

Nobody’s trying to make it “happen”, we’re just predicting what might happen. It’s too early to rule out anything completely.

    Have you watched it ?

Soho has an actress who was in a cultural phenomenon last year.
