<p style=”text-align: left;”>Anyway… I’d just like to say that I am very happy with everyone giving Dune its due now. When the trailer first dropped, everyone tossed it aside, but I stuck by it. Nice to see people have changed their tunes.</p>

I’m biased because I’ve been very hyped on it for so long, but I really think DUNE is coming now. In my dreams it does the LOTR thing. But realistically I’m hoping it gets BP and director noms, does well on the techs, and wins best adapted screenplay. WB is obviously not playing.

Seeing concerns on Lack of Promotion for The Last Duel, this might be unpopular, but 20th get it right. Overmarketing and overpromotion often signaling red flag that the movie will sucks that they need to promote it by shoving it down our throat with Clips and Spots and Leaked scenes to convince us to watch the movie.

We still have four months to go before The Last Duel gets released and I personally think it wouldnt be problematic if they release new trailers/promotional material a couple months prior to its release. Indeed they need proper marketing, but i dont think releasing trailer around this time will be a good idea to promote the movie itself, which is supposed to be “Typical medieval epic Oscar Bait” that rely less on Box Office than movies like Last Night in Soho, Black Swan and Get Out.

The only movies which get away from not promoting their movies months out are the ones that go on to streaming. When it’s a theatre release only and it costs as much as Exodus etc. you would think they would at least want the public to know it exists 3 months before it comes out. Movies that don’t rely on the box office are usually indies. Not one pic for a movie which already has test screenings? It’s a little sus on the marketing department imo

Early Best Actress favourite with UK bookmakers is Jessica Chastain followed by Ana de Armas and Florence Pugh.

Although I would say last years winner Frances McDormand was a surprise to some bookies.  She is available at around 10/1 for 2022.

Florence Pugh for what? DWD is coming out in 2022 so if they’re taking bets on her they clearly have no idea what’s going on.

Dune has always been obvious to me and I stand by my opinion that nomination(s) in Supporting isn’t out of reach. Ferguson, Skarsgaard, Isaac…any of them could happen. It’s also obvious to me that Gucci is Driver’s only awards play atm. Annette and TLD aren’t going anywhere and Cannes win is not happening.

It is easily my most anticipated 2022 movie. It was supposed to come out this year, but shooting got delayed because of COVID. Filming starts next week.

I’m not trolling. You’re just an insecure fuck who creams their yellow-stained, moth-bitten knickers over mediocrity. Acquire better taste, faggot.

Bruh. You sure sound insecure. Go to fucking sleep. With such limited taste, no wonder the misery of your life as film lover.

Do you think Andra Day will be considered for the trophy in the best actress if they decided to delay the movie for 2022 Oscars?

    “Soon” can mean anything.

From ” Next week” to “One or two months from now”.

The time is nigh cause Halloween Kills, which opens on the same day, has just dropped the trailer and is making a killing in views on all platforms.
