    From This Year:

Brie Larson, Sylvester Stallone, Charlotte Rampling,
Jennifer Jason Leigh (she seems kind of unlikely to me, I feel like this is a
    one and done).

    From Previous Years:

Keesha Castle-Hughes is the first name that came to mind.
Unless she suddenly starts appearing in high quality movies.

Monique is another, unless she suddenly changes her entire
approach to contract negotiations with studios.

Bruce Dern seems very unlikely to get another nod.

      June Squibb is
    probably done as well.

Diane Lane is probably not getting another nod either.  After “Unfaithful” she didn’t
exactly follow up with Academy level films and has stuck to romantic comedies
    and now superhero movies.

I’m certain Halle Berry isn’t going anywhere near Oscar
    anytime soon.

Renee Zellweger has all but vanished from film and unless
she suddenly has a huge resurgence I can’t see her getting back the career momentum
    she once had.

Julie Christie doesn’t seem likely to be a nominated again. I think Away From Her was her Oscar swan song.

Stallone and Rampling for sure. Probably Cranston and Rylance. And I don’t really see neither Leigh nor McAdams getting a second nod anytime soon.
