We’ve talked about people who are overdue for a win, but who is someone you think is overdue for even one nomination? There were some people I had to eliminate to meet the maximum number of poll options, and I’m sure there are a bunch of people I forgot anyway.

I’d also like to mention Paul Dano, whose performances in Little Miss Sunshine, There Will Be Blood, and Love & Mercy were all deserving of a Best Supporting Actor nomination. I’d also say that there are quite a few British actors, like James McAvoy, Paul Bettany, and especially Michael Sheen, who deserve to have ‘Academy Award Nominee’ ahead of their name.

I’d also like to mention both Andrew Garfield and Emily Blunt. Both have a great mix of fantastic performances, but also been included in some more mainstream hits. Would love to see both of them nominated someday soon.
