Why isn’t Calamity included in the in potential nominees for animated feature?

I was thinking of making a massive risky bet on this site, replacing Croods 2 as my 5th slot for best-animated feature, with the Danish-French animated film,”Calamity, a Childhood of Martha Jane Cannary”

Why? It did quite well at the Annies, being nominated for 3 categories(more than Earwig and the Witch i believe) and won best-animated film at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival(basically Cannes for animation )

However, for some reason, it’s no mentioned on Gold Derby’s best-animated feature potential nominees, despite being short-listed. Anyone know why?
