Would Parasite have won on a plurality vote?

Joyce Eng mentioned n the post-show that there might’ve been voters who decided they were taking care of Parasite in International Feature so they can give something else Best Picture. I don’t buy this considering Bong Joon-Ho won Director and also considering the sheer passion and love that Parasite got all season. Also the leaked ballots prove that Parasite was the runaway favorite among a lot of voters. So I personally believe that even in a 5-nominee plurality vote, Parasite would still win Best Picture. What do you think?

Parasite was both a passion and consensus pick so it was winning either way. It was loved, it wasn’t hated and the way it was kicking ass on these leaked ballots was very telling. Truly the Best Picture
