Recently asked the question ‘If you could produce a biographical film based on any person, who would it be and who would you cast in the main role?’
I then got an answer from user ‘Prideful’, they stated a movie based on Hillary Clinton and with Annette Bening portraying Hillary. This got me thinking due to the fact I always thought that Meryl Streep would be best at being Hillary but now that I think about it, Annette would be amazing as well.
So, who is your dream portrayal?
Also I recommend users to follow up on peoples answers and give their opinion and if they think there is someone else who would be better suited to the role.
ReplyFebruary 20, 2017 at 4:04 pm #1202016896i think Meryl Streep is too obvious a choice, and actually if they made a biopic about Hillary Clinton’s life, i’d like to see them cast actresses in different age ranges to play Hillary in different parts of her life; and my ultimate choice would be Glenn Close for current-day Hillary.

I always heard some small rumors/talks about Annette being a b–tch to work with, and that haircut/personality/smile she had in American Beauty, reminded me of Hillary. Waiting for the Hillary version of that breakdown crying scene Annette had in American Beauty.
I think eventually there will be a movie about Hillary either about her presidential run(s) or her time as the First Lady. Meryl is around Hillary’s age, but I do not see much physical resemblance between them. I can’t really think of any other actress who could pull off looking like Hillary to be honest, even Annette is a stretch, but you gotta start somewhere.

That would be amazing if they done different ages, I would love to see Jessica Chastain as 90’s Hillary. Hillary actually looked youthful when she was in her 50’s and if you put a blonde wig on Chastain she would look the part.

THIS. Could you imagine scenes of her remaking Dial M for Murder? Ahhh. I had also heard about a year and a half ago she was the frontrunner for a Vivien Leigh biopic, wonder what happened to that.

My girl crush and style icon intersect for the greatest biopic ever made…

I know JJL is a lot older than Joplin when she died, but they have so many facial similarities I think she could pull it off.

ReplyCopy URLFebruary 20, 2017 at 5:34 pm #1202016967Rooney Mara or Lily Collins for a young Audrey Hepburn, Audrey Tatou or Natalie Portman for an older Hepburn, Winona Ryder for a much older Hepburn.
January Jones for Grace Kelly.
Ivana Millicevic for a younger Donatella Versace.
Scarlett Johnasson as Marylin Monroe.
Keira Knightely as Cate Middleton.
Tammy McIntosh as Katharine Hepburn.
Rebecca Ferguson = Ingrid Bergman
