Let’s relax for a while.
What’s your favorite movie (or franchise) you would never admit enjoying if you were at a dinner with other people?

You know, share about that one movie that makes you feel so good while watching but also makes you question your own taste in film.October 10, 2019 at 12:53 pm #1203131063This post was found to be inappropriate by the moderators and has been removed.October 10, 2019 at 1:04 pm #1203131075Looney Tunes: Back in Action. And maybe I don’t feel too guilty about it 🙂

Cyberbully and The Happening deserved screenplay nominations.

I’m a sucker for above average rom coms so Crazy Rich Asians, Crazy, Stupid, Love, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and Silver Linings Playbook are movies I never get bored of. All of those are movies I’d share at a table though. The only one I wouldn’t share is Adam Sandler’s *academy award winning* Click which has made me shamelessly cry each time I’ve seen it.

I won’t judge, but I’m genuinely curious. Can you please explain why you think The Happening deserved a screenplay nomination? Cause I honestly struggle to imagine how anyone could ever consider that film’s writing to be anything other than awful.

They’re goofy, the 2nd one especially makes 0 sense as of its fight scenes, but they’re just so much fun lol. Diaz, Barrymore and Liu are honestly a trio match made in heaven.
They never get old!
