My favourite Supporting Actress year ever was 1972….all 5 were great nominees and every one of them deserved the win:
Eileen Heckart, Butterflies Are Free (the winner)
    Susan Tyrell, Fat City
    Jeannie Berlin, The Heartbreak Kid
    Shelley Winters, The Poseidon Adventure
    Geraldine Page, Pete n’ Tillie
My personal choice was Geraldine Page but, as I said, every one of them deserved the win!

Some good choices and some frauds here. 🙂 But I love the fact you rewarded Octavia for Hidden Figures and Melissa for Bridesmaids. I thought I’m alone in the whole world thinking that Spencer was easily the best last year, and she should have won for this, instead of The Help, which year, it supposed to be Melissa McCarthy.
