My prediction is the VMAs will still suck. Very few people with actual talent will perform.

Drake released a video for “Sneakin'” that is eligible. I think Usher and Lady Gaga will both at least receive a nomination. Beyonce is nominated every year so she’ll get at least one. Rihanna and Adele will be on my list when they release music videos for “Water Under the Bridge” and “Love on the Brain”

I don’t know what will happen in these next months. But these things are sure:

1- Ariana Grande ft. Nicki Minaj will be nominated for Best Collaboration (most probably) , cuz was the thing that happened to Jessie J when she performed “BANG BANG” and was nominated in 2015 for this category. So don’t expect to see this video nominated in another category.

2- We must wait until March or April , to see new hits coming , specially from Lorde , Iggy Azalea and Katy Perry.

3- IDK what the hell happened to rock music! I heardn’t talking about rock music in January anymore.

4- I think Lady Gaga has a chance to be nominated! Look what happened last year: Alessia Cara nominated for Best Pop Video (but wasn’t for Best New Artist) , Kanye West nominated for Video of the Year and Best Male Video (but wasn’t for Best Hip-hop Video).

5- Expect to see SURPRISE NOMINATIONS AT THIS YEAR’S VMAS , like last year and expect to see BEST ELECTRONIC VIDEO ELIMINATED AGAIN.

The video for IDWLF just came out and I wouldn’t be surprised to see it wind up in the Collaboration category. If the Best Video for a Film category still existed, this probably would have won it.

Eminem should get the Video Vanguard Award this year. He should have gotten it long ago, honestly.
