Can Post be #1 on the YE albums chart now? Hollywoods Bleeding is projected for a 4th week at #1 after pushed him down DaBaby this week

Actually, from the projections I’ve seen, Summer Walker’s debut album Over It will be #1 this week. Post will be a VERY close #2.

Well I guess it’s over for Lizzo if this happens. She’ll have to start begging people to buy her music…again.

“Good as Hell” is climbing up the charts. She can start pushing that, or “Truth Hurts” could return to #1 after Travis’ week hype drops off.

So my girl Summer got blocked from #1 by a Korean boy band that was NEVER predicted and only had 3 days of tracking….

I CANT WAIT UNTIL BILLBOARD CHANGES THEIR RULES ON BUNDLES!!!!! (yes it was because of bundles)

K-pop is a VERY powerful genre, man. It can do that.

K-pop is a VERY powerful genre, man. It can do that.

The K-pop group had over 60 (yes, sixty) merch bundles, eight different physical editions, and a tour bundle. 164K pure while only doing 4.9 million streams TOTAL. Not to mention how it was only available in the US, so their rabid international fans were able to buy it through US retailers, ship it to the countries, but still count for Billboard charts. Fraud at its finest.

I know Billboard was already planning to adjusting bundle rules, but this is just a clear example of how bundles have become ridiculous. Summer undoubtedly had the biggest album last week. Bundles need to be banned, period.

The thing is, that Kpop group, Super M, has been using questionable tactics to be honest. Yes, many people use bundles, but they had over 60 different type of bundles, including a tour that no one asked for and its not really selling, your usual clothes, posters, even wristbands. They also texted and emailed people telling them to buy more merch, they had a pop up shop in hollywood for it too, as well as many “flash poster sales” just before the end of the tracking period

Whats also weird is that there was a kpop store that bought albums in the US, sent them to a US address and then shipped them to Korea.

Plus, all the chart predictions had them with a 86k units for their debut, literally 1 to 2 days before the tracking period finished, and overnight they went up to 160k….

I mean, Kpop bands usually have high sales in general, but not like this. Look at their streams, its awful, especially comparing them to Summer Walker

There are bands like BTS that didnt use bundles at all for their last album, I think Blackpink had bundles with their tour but it wasnt excesive like Super M.

So its not all “kpop” group using this.
