TPAB in top 5 is realistic. I don’t expect it always to be #1 yet it would be a sin to not include it on your decade lists. Again To Pimp A Butterfly and Blonde and My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy are my favorite albums of the decade IMO.

TPAB in top 3 is realistic to me. Billboard almost putting Golden Hour over TPAB is not realistic. Red also shouldn’t be above TPAB.

I’m incredibly surprised that they chose ‘I like it when you sleep’ over ‘A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships’ considering they were drooling all over it when it came out, but I’m not complaining.

Can we actually talk about why critics (and audiences) switched up about Lana with BTD/Lana in general??

I distinctly remember the switch up happening BEFORE nfr! so I don’t think that’s a reason.

    I mean… a critic gave BTD a 0…. a ZERO!…

    y'all ugly and smelly

What I really complain about most of these lists is their lack of diversity. Many of the omnipresent albums (Kanye’s and Kendrick’s) are actually very good or even great, but it would be nice to see some more unusual choices from time to time. Colin Stetson, Julia Holter, Laura Marling, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Autechre are just the first names that come to my mind…

Top 10 is cliche but at least they showing David Bowie and his farewell masterpiece Blackstar the love that it deserve.
