What is questionable about it? More people are streaming and/or buying to it on Spotify and iTunes than just buying thru Apple Music. Then there is Youtube Music and Youtube to take into account also for why it is back at #1 on Hot100

right, plus it has 14 million streams and 20 million radio audience… it went up in every metric this week.
