FETCH THE BOLT CUTTERS will slay the lists as we been knew since it was released. It is the BEST album of the year bar none. Anything that tries to compete with it will severely underperform and suffer embarrassment of magnanimous proportions.

There is nothing “woke” about WAP. Thats almost offensive

it’s woke to pretend the song is not bad and an insult.

Some definitely think it’s “woke”. As if tons of female rappers haven’t been making songs about their va-jay-jay’s for over a couple decades. I don’t mind the song. But it’s also not as fun and catchy as it could have been. It is the last big song of the year and last widely buzzed about song of the year. So, appearing on these lists shouldn’t be a surprise.
ReplyCopy URLDecember 2, 2020 at 10:06 am #1203889708i think the reason why wap is no. 1 on the best songs list is not because its lyrics are amazing but because, if there was one song that dominated 2020 in terms of culture around the world i think its wap. The same way bad guy was no. 1 last year. I’m not saying wap holds up to bad guy but its along the same veins in terms of how viral the songs went and how everyone knows them and for what its worth it’s a really catchy song. The lists for top songs aren’t as critical as the top albums list.
