I had predicted the 21st due to the BBMAS, so it makes sense. I’m not really aware of their deal thing with Scooter, does it mean better promotions for BTS?

I’m not sure how they constructed their deal with Scooter so for now i’ll say no. Plus they still have the distribution deal with Columbia Records

They’re screwed then, Columbia does nothing unless it’s an english track

Imo EIW should of won SOTY instead of ROTY

“everything i wanted” was neither Record or Song of the Year IMO but I do prefer it over “bad guy”.

Get real!  “Everything I Wanted” should NOT have won Song of the Year over “I Can’t Breathe.”  It should NOT have won Record of the Year.  That horrible song should NOT have won a damn thing.  PUKE!

Sad that BENEE’s “Hey U X” stands no chance in this eligibility period even with the great reception it has. It’s so much better than many pop albums out there right now… if her label pushed her in the right direction “Plain” feat. Lily Allen & Flo Milli would definitely be nominated for BPDGP.

It’s also quite frustrating how the Grammys have always been a popularity contest disguised as an “excellence in music” awards show.

If anything P!nk is doing a great job securing Rag n Bone Man a Best New Artist nod. I love love “Anywhere Away From Here”. I would place it in Song of the Year before Pop Duo/Group though because I don’t see it being a Pop #1.

Exactly. No way “Everything I Wanted” over “I Can’t Breathe” come on now 😂

That was literally one of the only redeeming things the Grammys have done this f*cked up year lol 😂

If anything Billie has way too many GF wins not the other way around!

Is he eligible? I feel like Rag n Bone Man came out years ago.

Yeah in the UK. He’s still unknown in America and pretty much everyone not in Western Europe. Under the BNA rules he is eligible. Especially since he’s under the 5 album rule. I think he just has 4. If this song becomes a hit in America he could be a contender.

EIW is a great song but it’s ROTY win did feel like an… interesting choice. It was just so old by that point and it’s production isn’t that good to justify Billie Eilish winning ROTY twice in a row.

Savage remix is the true ROTY for me.

Please. Dua was robbed. I think Pop Vocal and Record of the Year were the awards she deserved the most. At least that’s what I predicted her to win.

Isn’t the rule 3 albums, not 5? Also I thought they’d just gotten rid of the max albums/tracks shit altogether.
