Lorde’s song is low-key tanking so I think she’s out.

I wouldn’t be so sure of Billie’s chances. Her album prereleases are very underwhelming and that seems to be a popular opinion.

Billie will probably get in because she’s Billie, but Your Power and Lost Cause haven’t been the strongest single choices

Notice how I never predicted the song but predicted BMV (“Best Music Video”) nomination…😅

The video is great! Wonderfully shot.

Honey, Lorde was NOT ever in.  Only her 5 delusional fans thought she was getting nominated.  Unlike last time, there are no committees to push her through.

Billie don’t deserve but she’s getting everywhere just by virtue of being Billie. Everything I wanted was only a mid hit too and it still got in BPSP. Therefore I am is still a pretty decent pop radio hit and we know the pop voters prefer the radio pop so it’s certainly making BPSP.

And if her album tanks then it’s gonna work in her favour too. Her songs got decent reviews and the album will get glowing acclaim because critics love Billie and will laud her for not comprising her artistic integrity for radios or smth like that. Like I really can’t see her missing BPVA too.

And her album will not completely tank because she’s a streaming force and her album had months of pre-orders. A nice debut is pretty much secured. I think she’s the safest prediction this year.

[Repost] It was a come back. I would’ve personally supported it myself

Billie is still not missing BPVA imo.
