Honey, I do NOT think “Rain On Me” will be the monster hit the delusional stans think it will be.  No one is checking for Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande’s last few collaborations have been forgettable.  Sure, it’ll debut in the top 5 like “Stupid Love” did.  However, longevity/impact is the issue.

Worse. I actually like Perfect Illusion. It was just too experimental but it was a good song.

But commercially, Stupid Love did much better than PI.

Stupid Love is just so average and that hurt it. It could be an album filler but not the lead single after ASIB.

I am just sad that Lady Gaga started to work with Max Martin but only to help her finish the songs. She should hire him to be the executive producer instead of the average annoying Bloodpop. Max could give her so many pop perfections and that’s what she needs right now.

I think so. I have listened to “Stupid Love” more than any Lady Gaga song since The Fame Monster. It’s an absolute bop!
