I’ll have to check that out. It seems cool. However I think doing one for the entire album would be a more effective campaign strategy.

I think DSN will lose SOTY to Taylor, Beyonce, or H.E.R. . It just isn’t a lyrically wowing song. It’s no bad guy hit-wise as well, which makes me think it sweeping every single award it’s nominated for less likely. But I agree with the rest.

Haha but fr I listened to Djesse Vol 3 and I am shocked the Grammys had the 2 sense to nominate it. It just feel so jarring for an AOTY pick. It was definitely to appease Quincy Jones for sure. Although, Collier is talented asf. In My Bones, All I Need, and In Too Deep are standouts. In My Bones has been in my head lately.

Collier is talented but yes he got the WEIRD album slot over Fiona only because of Quincy. Quincy also helped Vampire Weekend get nominated last year (he’s Ezra father in law, the father of the bride himself perhaps in the future?). I wouldn’t take Collier out of the lineup tho, I would kick Coldplay in the butt and put my girl Fifi there. Our boy Quincy has TASTE.
