^yes, if anyone was moved it would have taken place prior to the first round of voting. Whatever submissions are leaked are where artist’s are – no more movement.October 1, 2020 at 2:45 pm #1203749978
Also to note, when I said blocked initially I meant the committee preventing a nomination for him, not him getting moved. Sorry if that caused confusion.

Hmm ok then. Yes, he’s winning Best Progressive R&B Album.
Even though I would like to see a competitive Best Pop Vocal Album for the first time since forever, but things happen.October 1, 2020 at 2:51 pm #1203749995
After Hours would not win if it competes in Pop Album. I struggle to believe anyone other than Taylor is winning at this rate.October 1, 2020 at 2:51 pm #1203749998

Is Folklore considered a pop album? A bit confused on where it stands.October 1, 2020 at 2:55 pm #1203750010
(Just a final note) I believe this was a Republic move to spread the wealth, pretty much like Atlantic with Bruno Mars / Ed Sheeran in 2017-18. Great move after all, from an artistic management point of view – like, it would be better for me to see the biggest names from my label winning than they competing against each other and splitting votes.
Also, they’re not campaigning hard for Post Malone so he’s a non-event. Taylor is taking Best Pop Vocal Album easily.October 1, 2020 at 2:56 pm #1203750013
So BPVA is a race between folklore fine line and future nostalgia with folklore leading (unless it was submitted to alternative somehow)October 1, 2020 at 2:58 pm #1203750027

Future Nostalgia is a very distant 3rd (or even 4th)

It doesn’t matter what genre Folklore is, it will compete in Pop Vocal for obvious reasons.

My current Best Pop Vocal Album predictions (in order of voting likehood):
1. Folklore – Taylor Swift
2. Fine Line – Harry Styles
3. Chromatica – Lady Gaga
4. Future Nostalgia – Dua Lipa
5. Hollywood’s Bleeding – Post Malone
Believe it or not, I feel both Gaga and Harry are getting more votes than Dua. Gaga has the name and veteran narrative and Harry has the achievements and the album commercial success.
