Da Baby confirmed to be performing.
He shouted out Rockstar so I think its a good chance he’ll perform that song with Roddy Rich.
I’m also 100% certain Megan performs, probably with Beyonce.
Who else do you guys think have a chance of performing? Lil Baby? Maybe Nas?

A lot of publications are expecting Megan to take both Rap Performance and Rap Song. I thought for sure she was a lock for Rap Performance but that Lil Baby was the frontrunner for Rap Song.
The Box i think is guaranteed Best Rap Melodic.

Melodic Rap is up in the air because “Rockstar” has a chance, if vote-splitting doesn’t happen.

Picking the least popular submission to be nominated in the GF is “how to prevent Rap/R&B from winning big categories 101”. The Grammys are experts in this racist art.
India Arie over Alicia Keys, Jay-Z over Kendrick, Lil Nas X (Pop) over Tyler, potentially Roddy over Megan and the list goes on and on.

Melodic Rap Performance – “The Box” – Roddy Ricch
Rap Performance – “Savage” – Beyoncé & Megan Thee Stallion
Rap Album – “King’s Disease” – NasMarch 8, 2021 at 7:43 pm #1204096697I don’t think DaBaby will win in Rap Categories. The Box was a bigger song than Rockstar. Megan can win Rap Performance but they can award the posthumous nominees. Anderson Paak can make an upset for Melodic Rap after he wants to perform with Bruno and they love him upset the frontrunners.
Nas is probably gonna win Rap Album but if anybody beats him, that would be Freddie Gibbs. He really wants this Grammy and campaigned well.

Jay-Z’s nomination for ROTY and SOTY was 4:44, his rap song nomination was Story of OJ.

HUMBLE. beat “The Story of OJ” in Best Rap Song. The Story of OJ was nominated in Record of the Year not SOng.
4:44 was nominated in Song of the Year and Best Rap Performance. SO he swapped his submissions for Performance/Song
