She ruined her chances. She could’ve been nominated had she made the deadline.

I also think Kiana Lede is being underestimated I can see her getting in Progressive R&B Album as well as BNA this year. “KIKI” is a strong effort.

Last year’s big R&B nominees were PJ Morton (3 noms), Lucky Daye (4 noms) and Lizzo (3 noms). Most people probably only predicted Lizzo. Hard to imagine who the Grammys will go for this year.

I think Summer Walker is the most likely “popular” artist to score the most R&B noms.

H.E.R. dropped multiple singles and collaborations, so I could see her squeaking out 3 noms maybe without an album in contention.

I feel snubs are inevitable for The Weeknd despite being a frontrunner for the General Field. At most I can see 2 R&B noms, but really I’d only bet on one (Urban Contemporary Album).

Other than that… it’s anyones guess who the R&B panel will go for this year. I’m thinking Ledisi and Kem in terms of traditional. IDK about which urban contemporary artist they might champion like Lucky Daye last year.

I hope Lianne La Havas gets the attention she deserves and that’s about it.

Not much to see here I’m afraid...

Do you have her FYC AD?

Yes but it was a bunch of artists. It’s just a page from her label listing all their artists and their submissions.
