Get real!  “Slow Down” is NOT a 100% lock in Best R&B Song.  Some of y’all are smoking crack rock.

Why would Stay High and Shameika split?

Honey, that little hand-picked Album of the Year nomination means nothing.  Chilombo is NOT a lock to win Best Progressive R&B Album.

the only true undisputed frontrunner is Don’t Start Now in ROTY

Is it safe to say that whoever wins Producer of the Year a good indication of AOTY?

as i’ve said, i don’t believe you can call any category a lock after how many surprises we had with the nominations but if anything is close to a lock, it would be bsfvm. that’s it as far as i’m concerned.

i believe jack is the only nominee closely tied to any AOTY nominee, if he wins it could indicate folklore winning but not for certain as there’s nobody else closely tied to a project

andrew watt winning could maybe suggest future nostalgia winning since i think andrew is more associated with his disco throwback style production (despitr a credit for post malone)

either way, i don’t believe it’s safe to say it will indicate anything at all
