As we approach the Grammys tomorrow and as the title states, which artists are you rooting for and why? Interested in your thoughts.

March 13, 2021 at 1:39 pm #1204117751Honey, rooting for everyone except Taylor Swift. BARF!
ReplyCopy URLMarch 13, 2021 at 1:43 pm #1204117760Roddy Ricch. I still don’t get why his album is nowhere to be seen. Biggest snub after The Weeknd. The Box and Rockstar would be breaking the predictable mold of SOTY/ROTY winners while still being very deserving of the win.

ReplyCopy URLMarch 13, 2021 at 2:40 pm #1204117974I’m hoping Brittany Howard can get in one win, I want The Bones to win Best Country Song, I want H.E.R to win Best R&B Song, I want Rain on Me to win Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, I have multiple favorites in the other pop categories and in the country and general fields so I don’t really have 1 nominee I want most for most of those

ReplyCopy URLMarch 13, 2021 at 3:24 pm #1204118075Even though she didn’t get any nominations this year, I’ll be cheering for Alison Krauss should she remain the leading lady of the Grammy awards. She currently has 27 victories, but Beyonce is right behind her with 24. Nine more could have her name on them tomorrow. Has Alison ever said anything about being dethroned? Actually she has. God bless you and her and Beyonce always!!!

glad someone wants Cynthia Erivo to win because that was a good song and I’m sad it got overshadowed by the tougher competition
ReplyCopy URLMarch 13, 2021 at 3:36 pm #1204118105Fiona Apple-Overdue for another Grammy after 20+ years.
Ledisi-Overdue for her first Grammy. 13 times a charm, right?
Jhene Aiko-This is her moment to win her first Grammy. Plus, share the same birthday, two days from tomorrow
Mickey Guyton-Hoping for her to surprise in Country Solo and making history
Would love to see all of this happen just two days before my birthday!
