dress was stunning. That make up and hair were atrocious. It is very nice seeing her all glamed up instead of those ugly Gucci oversized clothes.

I never got the hype over watching celebrities prance around in dresses.

They are free if you are a Recording Academy member. If not then you may pay for a submission pack (multiple submissions). I believe a pack is 200 dollars.

That Billie look makes me want to see her play Marilyn Monroe in a biopic.

Devil’s Advocate here: HTE is not as immediately catchy as Going My Ass To Sleep, despite spending a few weeks at number 1 it’s not quite as big as many were expecting, it doesn’t have a standout hit, there’s a new moody very popular young girl stealing attention. Still think it might win AOTY. But it’s not an automatic choice.

unfortunately I can see Billie winning the AOTY, but understand that the 2020, 2021 and Grammy 2022 situations are totally different. actually actually AOTY is the only prize that I’m not 100% sure will be Olivia, this is the grammy to follow normally, i’m not taking into account the extremely divided and illogical form of this year.

I would like to bring you an important topic, which I believe has the strength to help olivia in her run to ROTY. A few months ago Billboard released an article about the big hits of the year, and highlighted the way DL is structured, being much bigger than the current commercial demand of streams, what I mean is that for the market DL’s success is an absolute miracle and its impact on the industry proved that songs with full structures can be big hits even in the 2020s.

I feel like this can help DL win ROTY, but I don’t know if it has any kind of real impact, how do you guys feel about that?

Drivers License smashing was surprising not only for it’s length but also because of it’s genre but I think good 4 u is actually more impressive because the GP was not listening to pop rock and she basically revived it in the mainstream

I have Silk Sonic and Olivia as my ROTY front runners, leaning towards SS for now

What’s surprising about a sappy pop ballad doing well? Someone You Loved was a massive smash less than 2 years ago, 60% of Ed Sheeran discography exists, etc…

I don’t think the production in DL sounds anything like Lewis or Ed, radio doesn’t give much airplay to songs that sound like it
