Get real!  Evermore and “Willow” are NOT happening in Album of the Year and Song of the Year respectively.

Hopefully 2022 is the year Bad Bunny finally breaks through into the GF. El Último Tour Del Mundo made history as the first full Spanish language album to reach #1. And Benito has been promoting it everywhere including SNL.

I’m predicting THIS is the year a Hip Hop album will break the 17 year slump and win AOTY. And that will be either Kendrick Lamar or Childish Gambino

Can the Academy please give Kendrick his AOTY already? What does the man have to do to win?

I just read that a new song from country singer Brett Young named “You Got Away With It” is going to radio this Friday. I wish that the powers that be would wait a little bit longer to see how much farther his current song named “Lady” can go before getting another song out there. “Lady” is almost into the top ten already. (smiles)

God bless you and him always!!!

    Holly

Yeah I doubt he will tbh. Nice voice but he kinda needs to get that song that will bet him superstardom. He almsot had that with “In Case You Didn’t Know” and “Mercy” but they came and went quick.

Let’s hope Kendrick does NOT come back in the same cycle as Adele now. His sweep is long due.

    kendrick will never sweep.

Congratulations to Grammy Winners: Jazmine Sullivan, Doja Cat, SZA and Olivia Rodrigo!

I didn’t wanna be the one to say it but

Justin’s album seems to be done. Judging by Change’s overperformance and how there’s currently only 2 solid nominees in BPVA, he’ll get an easy nom…

Anyways current predictions, only including songs that are already released:

BPSP (all female lineup let’s gooooo!!!)

    1. Therefore I Am
    2. Positions
    3. Drivers License
    4. Willow (this has actually been really stable and has been getting great radio gains for the past week)
    5. We’re Good (this looks delusional now but it’s going to be a hit judging by the push it’s getting)

    BPDG

    1. Levitating
    2. Lonely
    3. Evermore
    4. Los Vas A Olividar
    5. 34+35 (remix)

    BPVA

    1. Positions
    2. Evermore
3-5: I’m not gonna bother pretending like any other pop album currently released can actually get nominated

Quinta Brunson 1st and 2nd emmy campaign manager
Bill Hader 4th, 5th and 6th emmy campaign manager
Jeremy Strong 2nd emmy campaign manager
Zendaya 2nd and 3rd emmy campaign manager

    BPSP:
    Positions (lock)
    Drivers License (lock)
    Willow
Therefore I Am (maybe, the song is just not as grammy-friendly as EIW)

    BPDG:
    Levitating (lock tbh)
    34+35 (lock)

    BPVA:
    1. Positions (lock)
    2. Evermore (lock unless the year gets super competitive later)
    3. Does JB have a new album out?
